P6 Assessment; Analysis, Debrief/Strategy Session
The purpose of the P6 Assessment is to help leaders identify the intervention(s) needed to increase their bottom line. The P6 Assessment is an instrument used to identify the gaps between current and desired states in the areas of People, Processes, Practices, Productivity, Promotions and Profit. The resulting list of interventions is prioritized by clients in order to give them the greatest value, using their resources most efficiently.
